Meet Our Managing Principal
Constance Nwosu, CPA is founder and Managing Principal of CN Accounting & Business Services, LLC. Constance has over 25 years of experience providing businesses with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in accounting, tax, payroll and business services. Prior to starting CN Accounting & Business Services, Nwosu was the Controller and Director of Accounting & Administration for a $20 million global non-profit 501(c)3 organization with responsibility for the day-to-day financial and administrative operations. Nwosu has also served in key management positions at universities and other non-profit organizations.
Nwosu holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia and a Master of Liberal Arts from Georgetown University. She is a member of the AICPA, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals. Nwosu is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
